The rumour going around was that by the end of 2012 WIND Mobile wanted to hit the 600,000 subscribers milestone. Today, in the Orascom Telecom Q4 report, the final results for 2012 came just shy and tallied up 79,954 in Q4 that brought the total to 590,438 subscribers, which is an increase of 46.
