Shares of BlackBerry traded higher Friday amid the much-delayed U.S. debut of its new Z10 touchscreen device. Its stock changed hands for as much as $17.22, but gave back some of that to trade at $16.67 on the Toronto Stock Exchange late in the morning, up 15 cents, or almost one per cent.
