Update: Rogers will allow customers to unlock phones after 90 days, still costs $50





The CRTC will holding hearings next week for their draft of the potential Wireless Code – one of the key points will be device unlocking. Many carriers offer this service, but is only available many months into a contract period and usually at a high cost.
